My Story:

I didn’t always feel confident in my body or my health. In fact, for years I felt like my body was constantly working against me.

My journey into the health and wellness world began when I was just a teenager. For as long as I could remember, I struggled with chronic digestive issues—burning stomach pain, nausea, reflux, gas, and embarrassing bowel symptoms. I also battled hormonal imbalances for years, including painful migraines, fatigue, and irregular periods.

Everything changed when I discovered the power of food to truly nourish and support my body. My health began to improve—dramatically, and in more ways than I ever expected. I came to see nutrition as a foundational piece of the puzzle for healing and optimal wellbeing, and I’ve been deeply passionate about it ever since.

But my healing didn’t stop with food. Over time, I realized that many aspects of our daily lives also influence our health—things like sleep, movement, stress, light exposure, toxins, connection, and emotional resilience.

And while the road to healing isn’t always easy - or linear - I’ve learned this: healing isn’t about being perfect—it’s about being consistent, staying curious, and trusting your body’s ability to achieve balance.
